Planning our Santa events is very complex and based on the availability of our real beard, professional Santas, staffing, travel time, and other operational logistics. Every minute of travel time affects our schedule. So, unfortunately we aren't able to offer Santa events in every town we service.

Our Santa events require an upfront financial commitment to the Santas we hire. It would not be possible to base the cost on the exact number of guests at each event. You are paying for the block of time (15 min, 30, min, 60 min) and everything included in the experience. Most customers opt to share the cost with other families, neighbors, and friends to keep it affordable. If you have the max number of participants permitted per package, your per person cost is extremely reasonable for what you're getting delivered to your house!

The maximum participant count includes anyone that will be getting a Scream Truck treat and having a meet & greet/photos with Santa.  Example: If you have 20 kids who will all be getting a Scream Truck Treat and a meet & greet with Santa plus 6 adults who will be there, but won't be getting a Scream Truck treat and a meet & greet with Santa, your total participant count would be 20.

If there's any precipitation, Santa must remain indoors (to protect his suit)! The meet & greet can be held indoors or Santa can remain inside the truck, greeting guests and posing for photos from the service window.

Due to the costs involved in hiring real-beard Santas for these events, payment must be made in full at the time of booking and no refunds will be given for cancellation after November 3, 2025.

Professional real beard Santas are rare. If there's a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a sick Santa or severe weather, we'll do our best to reschedule your event but cannot guarantee it. If rescheduling isn't possible, you will receive a full refund.
